The objectives of OMA include:
- Bringing to public notice the good works of journalists and media persons of the state of Odisha working in
Newspapers, Magazines, Television Channels, Radio Stations and News Websites, which are in the interests of
people, state and the society. - Recognizing and highlighting the efforts of media houses to ensure space for people’s issues and causes.
- Highlighting the works of institutions and organizations engaged in building quality manpower for the Odisha
Media.
